Sue has been with Burt Jordan Realtors since 2000 but has held a residential real estate salesperson license since 1980. Prior to relocating to Florence in 1989, Sue worked for Merrill Lynch Corporate Relocation Company in New York City, serving such clients as General Foods and Morgan Stanley.
Recently, Burt Jordan honored Sue for being both the Top Selling Agent and the Top Producer for 2007.
Sue continuously pursues higher education, degrees, and certifications. She holds an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) certification, she became a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) in 2005, and is currently finishing up the requirements for the highly coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. The CRS Realtor demonstrates outstanding professional achievements (including high volume sales) and pursues advanced training in areas such as finance, marketing, and technology. Sue's particular field of interest is new home construction, and soon she will finish with the Certified New Home Specialist program, earning he yet another esteemed designation.
